Max has over 17 years extensive financial, M&A and general management experience.

He was previously Group FD of European Telecom plc which grew turnover from £10m to £250m before its LSE listing in 1996.

Max qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1986. Since leaving the profession he has worked in property, corporate finance and technology/telecoms companies.
